Health Tip – Don’t mistake Common for Normal.

Most people make the mistake of thinking that just because something is commonly experienced, ie PMS mood swings, that makes it normal. This is not the case. Common symptoms are not normal, they are a sign that there is a wide-spread systemic problem affecting many people over a large area.

Take our example of PMS mood swings from earlier, far from being normal, this symptom points to a highly imbalanced endocrine system. Frankly, you should never feel like you are a slave to your emotions because of wild hormone fluctuations. Yes, your hormones will fluctuate as part of a normal monthly cycle, but you shouldn’t feel like a stranger in your own body wildly swinging from one emotion to the next seemingly at random.

The same goes for menstrual cramping, common not normal. Menstrual cramping is a sign of excess toxicity in the body. When you start lessening the body’s toxic load, the menstrual cramping will lesson and eventually disappear.
